Our Costa Rica Real Estate business began back in 2003 in San Jose, Costa. We wanted to create a real estate service that offered a Spanish and English spoken atmosphere to get our local and international clients to feel comfortable when looking at Costa Rica properties for sale.

Real Estate properties in Costa Rica are abundant but it can be become a headache to find the right property for sale in Costa Rica without the proper english and Spanish speaking help.

We started out as a 2 person Costa Rica Real Estate Property broker to a 10 person real estate broker.

Most of our business comes from referrals because we don´t think of ourselves as real estate brokers trying to sale a home to client. No, we see ourselves as friends helping other friends find a dream home in Costa Rica.
