The property which has a direct private access to the public road, Lagarto-Marbella, is 1.5 Km. long by 55 meters wide. Although, the Master Plan did not include the possible number of homesites that can be parceled in this strip of land. My estimates give me in 1000 m. length strip 50 homesites of approximately 20 m. frontage with 40 m. depth plus a 5 m. wide green area. That can be used as a walking trail. Some of these homesites will have ocean view. The fallowing 500 m. long strip will be used for the water tank and well for all the development. Starting what I would call the second phase of the homesite development, the I-95 road is approximately 1.2 Km. |
